No reason to raise your brows. This is but a way to ligitimize the money he can pocket from securing lucrative deals to his new employer. No bribes; he's not a fat cat; it's all legit! What a joke, and guess what, the joke is on the Libyans!

Thanks for the comments. I don't really believe that he's leaving... though I wouldn't necessarily be against that idea.
